Return Policy – Beleza By McCoy Lingerie Boutique

At Beleza By McCoy, we are committed to the quality of our merchandise and your satisfaction. Please review the following guidelines for returns and exchanges:

Order Inspection: Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. Any damages or discrepancies in quantity must be reported within 5 business days.
Return Authorization: Before returning any items, you must first obtain authorization by emailing us at info@belezabymccoy.com or calling 1-314-514-5945. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Exchanges: If you’re unsatisfied with the size or design of clothing, intimate apparel, or lingerie, you may exchange it for a different size. Items must be in unworn, unwashed, and re-sellable condition. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to you. These details will be provided in your Return Authorization email, which will include payment and shipping options.
Restocking Fee: Due to the nature of our business, returns for a full credit (excluding shipping and handling) are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, you will not incur any additional shipping charges.
For U.S. Customers: Once we receive your return, we will ship your replacement item and provide a new tracking number via email.
For International Customers: Please return the item via standard international mail and include a receipt for your shipping costs. Upon receiving your return, we will refund your shipping expenses and re-ship the new item. A new tracking number will be emailed to you once the item has been sent.
Non-Returnable Items: Sale and clearance merchandise are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Timeframe: All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days from the original ship date.
